Conference registrations and dining registrations (click on the link) will be made through AAIF. (Note: these forms must be filled out and mailed to AAIF.) This conference will continue the tradition of interesting presentations and discussion found at previous AAIF meetings. Speakers are being arranged, and the agenda will soon be available.
Additional information, photographs, and maps are avilable in an informative flier that describes the 2010 Conference. Please distribute this (via e-mail and paper) to people and churches that might be interested.
The Benedictine Women of Madison in the Holy Wisdom Monastery will be hosting us and our activities for the AAIF biennial get-together. Directions: Holy Wisdom Monastery is located on the northwest shore of Lake Mendota, across from Madison, WI (see address above and the informative flier for directions).
Rooms at Holy Wisdom Monastery will cost $66.41 per room per night including taxes, a special 2008 AAIF Conference rate. Conference attendees need to make their own room reservations. To reserve rooms during the Conference, contact AAIF's Elizabeth Montgomery EKSM317@gmail.com or phone 502-896-8896. (For a listing of nearby hotels with special rates, see the conference registrations form.)
Other information: Rooms may also be available before or after the Conference for those who would like to come early or stay late. For these reservations, please contact the Monastery as indicated in the Conference registrations and dining registrations information.
Please bring your AAIF membership up to date by renewing via the Conference registrations and dining registrations form (note special rates for renewals by May 1, 2010) or through the AAIF Membership Page. Also, please indicate on the registration form your interest in group trips before and after the conference.
Don't forget to send in your conference registration form with your dining registration form.
